Exhibitors Fair

The Association is pleased to announce the merging of the Ladies Fair and the Vegetable & Grain Show to create the Exhibitors Fair. 

The Ladies Fair has had a long-standing tradition of inviting all amateurs-men, women and children to enter the competition. However, every year, visitors to the building express surprise that it includes men and children as the name “Ladies Fair” tends to be interpreted as exclusive to women. With the goal of having a name that would reflect the fair being open to everyone, as well as easily recognizable, the name Exhibitors Fair evolved. 

The 2025 Exhibitors Fair Premium List will expand with a Section for Vegetable and Grain classes, as well as introduce a Section for Jerky. The familiar Baked Goods, Cookies & Candy, Canned Goods, Flowers, Handiwork and Photography Sections will continue to feature multiple categories and classes. As always, entry is free and everyone is encouraged to enter the Fair.

Premiums/prize money for winning entries is $10 for First Place and $5 for Second Place. Special Classes include a featured cake recipe and handicrafts with higher prize money. Special Awards sponsored by local businesses, memorials and the Association provide an opportunity for additional cash rewards and recognition. 

2025 will be a year of transition as we move forward with the new name in ribbons, publications and signage.
